Lunar New Year assembly

At Varna, we love to celebrate the diversity within our languages, cultures and religions. During Lunar New Year 2025, we held a special assembly with Mrs Lu as our guest visitor. Mrs Lu brought in some outfits worn by her children during the festivities and taught us how to say Happy New Year in Mandarin. Miss Foulkes and Mrs Lu read us a story about The Moon Biscuit, a traditional tale, in both English and Mandarin.
